Our September meeting will welcome a mystery speaker to present a selection of delicious Rhone Villages wines. As Cotes du Rhone was one of the first regions to produce wine in France, there is an abundance of experience lurking here. Recognition is evident even in some of the names - Chateauneuf du Pape owes its name to the holidaying habits of Popes! The venue will, as usual, be the River Wyre Hotel at Poulton (please see the Venue page for further details), and the meeting will commence at 8pm.
